I had a phone interview with HR, then I came in for the interview. Very nice receptionist and HR, comfortable front lobby, and a nice new building. Then I came back to meet with the manager and the owners. That was impressive, that the owners took time to introduce themselves to me. I knew this was a good fit for me.
