Gavilan College interview questions

All questions were given in advance, no opportunity to do any of the interview process via Skype, no travel cost reimbursement is available so any applicants had a large financial burden just to be considered, and in the end they hired someone who had already been teaching there. They go thru the motions to appear to be doing a fair search but in the end it was already decided

Very formal. I got an email from the dean, and scheduled a face-to-face interview date. On the day of interview I was interviewed by the math department coordinator. I also had a presentation.
