The recruitment process was conducted entirely virtually, leveraging video conferencing technology throughout each stage. It began with an initial screening call with the Recruiter, who walked me through the role’s scope, expectations, and overall fit within the organization. This was followed by a more in-depth interview with the Hiring Manager, during which we explored my professional background, key accomplishments, and technical competencies in greater detail, as well as how my experience aligned with the team’s current priorities and longer-term objectives. The process concluded with a final conversation involving the HR Manager, who covered topics related to compensation, company culture, internal policies, and next steps in the selection process. Each stage was conducted via video call, allowing for a professional and engaging exchange despite the fully remote format.
