I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Gayner Engineers
Interview
I was reached out to via a staffing agency who lied about this organization and the folks who work here... even though I was not interested in actually switching job false promises were made just for me to interview.
It is very clear that this company especially the leadership is incredibly unprofessional. I was quite scarred from my interview process and it took me a while to write this review. Despite me answering all the incredibly basic questions, the feedback given was "I talk too much". Please avoid if you can, unsure which clients are signing up for this company.

Our decision of hiring is based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Our office has a diverse workforce. We are surprised that you have such an impression. Our interview process is more like having a dialogue with the candidates so we can evaluate one's communication skill and how well he can relate to others on a personal level, which is important as a team member both for external and internal. Good Luck to your job search.
