We’re sorry the second stage didn’t hit the mark for you. The process did take longer than usual due to some team availability and you being an early applicant, which we did try to be upfront about, but we totally understand that waiting around is never ideal.
In terms of the technical task, we aim to keep things relevant to the role, but we also know it’s a fine balance - especially in a short interview window. We’ll take your feedback on board as we continue to tweak how we approach this.
