Long. I had to wait 5 weeks after doing an assessment to find out if I had passed that stage. Was given excuses constantly after checking 3 times. The final interview I was made to travel 6 hours for a 20 minute chat that could have easily been done over the Internet. I was asked barely anything related to the role. The interviewer gave me the impression that she wasn't interested in being there which made me anxious and not comfortable myself. I wasted alot of money for a 20 minute chat that resulted in me asking alot of questions in comparison. Talent staff were lovely and I was engaged with the head who did my assessment, otherwise I found the whole experience unorganised, unprepared and unprofessional.
Being told I don't have the matched skills needed is also an insult due to my studies.
The questions asked were also asked during my first interview so unsure why this was repeated. Maybe planning and documentation is needed for further interviews. Nothing was written down during any point of my interview.
