Interview
Mostly Positive, some behavioral questions, a few technical. Asked about desired compensation, past experience, future goals. First was an HR screen, then Hiring Manager, then a panel. I would say as long as you prepare thoroughly based on the Job Description you should be okay.
One round of HR call, one Round of Hiring Manager, then panel interview. Two weeks after the HR call, I got the interview notice to meet the manager. They want to find someone with more people-facing experience.
