Interview
It was a fairly standard 3-stage interview process, but the 3rd was a group interview with about 6 current employees, and I had to prepare a slidedeck presentation and present it to the group for the final interview. Worst part about the Genscript interview process is that they totally ghosted me after this interview. I asked for updates 3 times and I never got a response. In my 20+ year career, this is the only time ever that I have been ghosted by a prospective employer. I am pretty disappointed with the fact that they required me to put in the most time and effort I have ever given for an interview process, and they never communicated to me anything afterwards. Very unprofessional and shows a lack of courtesy. Probably actually a good thing I did not get an offer from this company.
