GenScript Scientist interview questions

The interview process was fine, but the experience with the hiring team was disappointing. The hiring manager was dismissive and didn’t seem interested in engaging in a two-way conversation, I was asked many questions, but none of mine were meaningfully answered. The panel interview also felt unfriendly and overly focused on what I hadn’t done rather than the strengths and relevant experience I brought. Overall, I would not recommend interviewing with this team. The atmosphere felt negative and not supportive of healthy communication or professional growth.
