Gencor Industries interview questions

Applied on Handshake and was contacted over the phone to come in for an interview. Interviewed by manager and some engineers from the team. The questions were your basic interview questions (your experience, traits, etc). No technical questions. About 15-30 minutes in length.

Quick and to the point. All verbal no actual physical assembly. Discussed use of tools. Work history was discussed. How do you deal with deadlines. Ability to interpret and read blueprints. Understanding of various lubricants used in mechanical assembly was important. Safety precautions were discussed and highlighted as important to company regulations.
