Interview
The interview was a bait and switch. They brought me in for one position but it became obvious it was for a position that was beneath the one I currently held.
Also the VP of HRs phone kept going off with the fantasy football ding. He apologized but don’t bother to silence his phone, even after the third time.
Very straight forward. Process consisted of a phone screening, an in-person interview with two engineering managers, and another interview the same day with an engineering director. Since this was for an entry level position, they asked about what I learned during my internships and whether I had any engineering related hobbies outside of work.

Describe a project you worked on during your internship and what you learned from it.
Panel interview that took 30 minutes each phase; three phases. It was long but helpful as I got to ask questions to HR, my area, and cross functional area. More words more words.
