I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Generac Power Systems (Whitewater, WI) in Aug 2011
Interview
They made me do several interviews and every person I interviewed with asked the same questions. They told me that 'my face would sell' and 'Buyers respond well to attractive people'. They also kept making jokes at the expense of former employees. It seems like no one is safe, even friends, once they leave. You are the laughing matter of the team once you leave, no matter how great your work was.
I applied online. I interviewed at Generac Power Systems
Interview
Short and sweet they hire anybody they let you sit and listen to a calls before the interview so you can get a fill of what type of calls they receive open interviews open interviews every Tuesday
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Generac Power Systems (Wauwatosa, WI) in Oct 2015
Interview
30 minute interview sessions with customer service lead, supervisor, and director.
Each member of the team with whom I interviewed with seemed to be in a rush. I found this very unprofessional, especially considering the fact that I was not contacted by Generac, despite following up and sending personal thank you emails.

Question 1
When dealing with a difficult customer or client, how did you handle the situation?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Generac Power Systems (Waukesha, WI) in Aug 2015
Interview
It was done between a recruiter for me. First it was a phone interview, which had a few questions I really had to think about. When I got to my in person interviews it was very nerve-wracking. I had 5 different people to interview with, which took almost 3 hours. They asked mostly story experiences and a lot of the same things, bug walking in knowing I had to interview with that many people had my anxiety going crazy. Not too bad of an interview experience overall though
