Weird interview process. I applied online and it was only one round that consisted of a phone call with multiple members of the team passing the phone around. After my interview, I did not hear back for about a week and when they called, they offered on the spot which was very surprising. I was expecting at least a couple more rounds / a technical round in the mix. This may have been due to my past experience being a good fit for the role or maybe this is the normal process when they find fit candidates.
