Interview
Sat in a room with 4 supervisors. They each talked about what their groups did for about 5-10 minutes each, then asked if I had questions. I then went on a very brief tour of the facilities which included a machine shop and office building. I then went back to HR and waited for about 30 minutes in a seat. I was then called to HR and was offered a job on the spot.

Nothing of substance. Asked me if I had any questions about the company, which I did. I asked basic questions like typical work hours, overtime, how many people were in the groups, etc.
