Interview
Very laid back interview, since dress code is VERY LENIENT the supervisor who interviewed me had jeans with painted handprints and a tshirt.. initially surprised me, but they will take you to the collections floor after a short interview and let you sit with someone while they work and show you exactly how it works.. from there, they called me back in before I left the parking lot to fill out some more paperwork and let me know I had the job.

The interview was by phone with an employment specialist in OH. The second interview was onsite in Horseheads, NY. There was a drug screening and background check.
