I applied online and received an email after few days. The hr recruiter called me on the phone and then invited me for skype videocall with the two managers of the divisions that I would have worked with. The interview was an extremely positive experience until they wrote me back asking to complete an online game on personality and whose results were evidently unreliable... averall nice experience

Quite serious and long about 50 minutes and another 30 minutes of technical assessment. They will ask a lot on technical questions to test your understanding. And also its very competitive, interviewing a lot of candidates but only accepting one or two
