Semplice e lineare, prima parte attitudinale, la seconda leggermente più tecnica. Sono stati richieste capacità relazionali e una formazione base nel settore della consulenza assicurativo. Un elemento importante è la proattività e la disponibilità a mettersi in gioco, creando relazioni con i clienti.

It was interesting, not very easy, but competent people interviewed me. Hiring manager was really professional. Whole conversation was nicely relaxed. The have asked quite standard sales questions but also some to understand better me as a person.
