Fui notificado da aprovação na primeira fase, logo após fiz uma entrevista com um recrutador online. Logo após, aprovado nessa fase, fiz uma entrevista com o CEO da Generation. A entrevista foi interessante, com perguntas relevantes e houve uma explicação justa da função. Logo após, também aprovado, fiz uma entrevista com a McKinsey, onde a entrevistadora, sem nenhuma educação ou tato, me deu um case (quase) absurdo de resolver e sem pé nem cabeça, que nada tinha a ver com a vaga. Logo após, não tive nenhum feedback, nem positivo, nem negativo. Isso já faz mais de 8 meses.

Interview
Firstly you may receive 2 written tests, which ask you to write a project summary and draft an invitation email. If your tests passed, you will get the first round interview, you will meet the team lead, who will ask you based on your resume, and give examples of your experience. Then, you will see the head and ask you more challenging questions.

Interview
There were 4 rounds of interviews. First with the CEO, second with the Program Manager, then with the COO and CEO of the Asia Pacific region. It was not that difficult if you are passionate about bridging the gap between education and employment.
