The recruitment process began with a brief telephone conversation with the HR department. Following that, there was an online interview with both the HR department and the Quality Assurance responsible. Finally, it was necessary to undergo a psychological assessment.

Online interview lasting 15 min. Recruiter conducted a general interview, with questions like "Why did you choose the company?", "What are your strengths/weaknesses?", etc. . Then the QC team leader asked questions specific to the position, with a particular interest in seeing if he had hands-on experience in the HPLC technique. After the interview i was told i would receive feedback whether or not i was to be accepted, the feedback never came and a posterior e-mail that was sent did not receive any response from the HR department.
