The interview process was hilarious and showed both incompetence and a lack of empathy towards the participants. I was invited to schedule an interview for the Product Owner role almost a year ago and after one session I moved forward in the process and had a second interview with the head of product. After the two sessions nobody provided any feedback and I just assumed I did not get the job. More than a year later I get the same interview invitation via LinkedIn for the exact same role. Out of curiosity I scheduled the call and the next day I met with a new lady that eventually realized that I interviewed in the past for the same role. The excuse was that the job was put on pause, thus nobody informed me of anything and after I had to go though the exact same set of questions again, I was informed they will let me know if I move forward to the next step in a week. Fast forward to the following week, I receive again an interview invitation on LinkedIn for the exact same role, with the exact same invitation text. I sent an email asking if this is again an invitation for the first session or if i moved to the next step. Nobody responded. I eventually get a rejection a week later saying that I am not a good fit.
What kind of company is this? They can't get themselves together to have a decent HR process without having to mess up with the humans applying for the role? Such incompetence and lack of empathy.
Shame.
