Recruiter calls you take you to ops they take the technical round once that is done you will be taken to HR for salary discussion and approval

Interview
Prior work experience was the key to bag the role. The interviewer is looking at your ability to handle challenges w.r.t customer issues. Technical soundness is key here coupled with people management.
