Was contacted by a company recruiter who I then spoke on the phone with regarding two open positions that fit my experience. She then set me up with 2 phone interviews (hiring manager and department manager). I was then scheduled by the recruiter to come in for a 2-hour interview with the hiring manager and a potential coworker. This was for an Analyst role. A few days later, the hiring manager let me know they were going with an internal candidate but recommended me for a Specialist role within the department. The same recruiter set up a phone interview with this hiring manager and then moved on to an onsite interview with hiring manager, potential coworker, and another manager. Everyone I encountered was friendly and laid back. Typical interview questions.
