Interviewed late last fall for Sr. Director of Healthcare Vertical. Recruiter and I eventually came to conclusion I did not have enough experience for that position. Recruiter did say I would be good candidate for Genesys and would stay in touch. She called in mid-Feb with the Global Account Director position and got me lined up with three VPs (4 total interviews) over the course of two weeks. I accepted the position on Day 15 of the process. They did a great job finding a fit once they found a good candidate.
