It was simple and straightforward. My first interview was with HR and and 2nd was to test my technical knowledge in which the questions are based on basic concepts of networking,troubleshooting skills and situational.

The questions were about technical knowledge and experience in these areas, as well as the customer service skills and ability to troubleshoot issues. in addition to scenarios on situations to assess the problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers

Very friendly and thorough. The technical interview was well designed and planned! Situational questions! And helpful staff guiding you through the questions to really see your deeper technical and thinking process rather than just asking surface questions!
