Question 1
Présentez votre parcours et votre intérêt pour le poste
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Genial.ly in Apr 2025
Interview
I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter at Genially regarding the Customer Success Specialist role, as they felt my experience was a strong match. I accepted and progressed through every stage of the interview process.
Each conversation gave me a positive impression of the company. Everyone I spoke to was kind, and as I learned more about the company, I became increasingly enthusiastic about the opportunity.
In every interview, I was told that I would definitely hear back with an update regardless of the outcome, which I appreciated.
Two weeks after the final interview, I hadn’t received any communication, so I followed up via email.
I was told I was still considered a strong finalist, and the delay was due to the company expanding the candidate pool to include applicants in the U.S. I was told I’d hear back soon — but that was 20 days ago, and I’ve had no further response. For context, my first interview was on March 25th — over two months ago.
While the interview experience itself was positive, the follow-through has been disappointing — not because I wasn’t selected, but because communication fell short of the expectations that they set during the process. Each update I received came only after I reached out, despite multiple assurances that I’d be contacted proactively.
I’ve followed up again recently and still haven’t heard anything, more than a week later.
I understand that not every company follows up with candidates, but since I was explicitly told to expect a response no matter the outcome — as a sign of respect — the lack of follow-up feels disheartening.
I truly appreciated the opportunity to interview, but the process left me feeling like my time and effort weren’t fully valued. Genially seems like a great company, but better communication would go a long way in upholding the strong impression they made at the start.

Question 1
Asked about history, and how it relates to this role. They seem to focus more on the applicant asking the questions, instead of the applicant answering.
Tres entrevistas con cada uno de los socios sobre mi experiencia previa pero sin casos de usos concretos. Te preguntan tambien sobre la empresa y cuales son las expectativas salariales.
