1) 15 minute recruiter phone call, explain why you're interested, verify some of the skills you have (manufacturing, programming, etc.)
2) 30 minute meeting with recruiting manager, behavioral questions
3) 1 hour meeting with 2 senior engineers. You craft a 10 minute presentation on your background, some projects you did, and your understanding of the program. More behaviorals, and a project case study.
4) 1 hour phone call with 2 engineering directors who lead the teams that you would rotate through. Behavioral questions
5) Super-day. You meet with 2 VPs at the Bothell HQ office (vibe-check), get an office tour. Then drive over to the Redmond plant, tour the manufacturing site, and meet with the R&D and Robotics directors (you met with them in R4). They want to see if you are excited about the company and engaged with the staff, so ask plenty of questions.
