The recruiter was professional, communicative, and supportive throughout the process, keeping me informed at each stage and creating a great candidate experience. I attended an in-person panel interview and received feedback that was overwhelmingly positive. The panel highlighted strong stakeholder management, product thinking, technical understanding, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role. Given the strength of the feedback, the final rejection came as a surprise. Given the overwhelmingly positive feedback I received throughout the process, I was left struggling to understand the basis for the rejection. The feedback cited only relatively minor improvements around executive-level communication structure, which seemed inconsistent with the otherwise strong assessment. Perhaps my non-british accent played a role here in rejection - very sad. Given this process is long and tedious and in-person I would avoid this place all together.
