Did a great job explaining position. Met with full team to express interest in me which made me feel valued. Did good job explaining benefits/salary. Only did not take offer because I found a better fit with my overall career interests and goals.

Interview
The interview was pretty basic. It was mainly a questionnaire about my physical abilities to do the job. It didn't last very long and was relatively painless. I was told I received the job before the interview was over. I ended up doing the paperwork to start my employment at the same meeting.
