The process was clearly focused on building a roster of talent for upcoming client wins rather than filling an immediate opening. I met with a VP and a Senior Account Director. Both were incredibly professional, "buttoned up," and clearly experts in the experiential space. The agency is very process-oriented, so expect questions about how you manage workflows and stay organized.
