I applied online. I interviewed at George Washington University
Interview
I went a few rounds for a very entry level job and then they just ghosted me out of nowhere. Not worth the effort for a job that doesn't pay much and ghosts applicants
I applied through university. I interviewed at George Washington University (Washington, DC) in Aug 2024
Interview
Super straightforward, asking you to combine your experiences and knowledge of biological processes to real world situations. Discussed technical skills, certifications and lab safety knowledge. Ended up being very conversational and easy to get along with interviewer

Interview
I had three interviews that happened within the span of three weeks. I thought the interviews went well. After the third interview I tried to follow up but no one ever responded to me. I only found out that I did not receive the position when I went to check my application status and it said the position was filled. I could have accepted a rejection email but to just completely get ghosted was not cool.
