I applied online, followed up a week later with a phone interview with HR from Georgia. Thirdly I was asked to take the SAM test with about 5 other people. From there 10 days later 3 of us were selected for interviews. Roughly 2 30 minute interviews, then a plant tour. After the interview two weeks went by and I have been offered the job.
