Interview
Mainly consisted of ideas that we were both excited about and my career goals. My research papers carried enough weight that almost no work related questions were asked.
I got to see the university scientific facilities and talk about projects some other people at the univ were working on.

I was asked a specific technical question that was relevant to geometry and math. The interviewer did not know the answer, neither did I.
Had a 2 round interview with my professor, who explained the details of the project and expectations to me. They were very kind and professional. I had to provide 3 references and prove language proficiency.

Interview
One-on-one, in-person interview with the supervisor while he was traveling for a field trip. I presented the research I had conducted during my PhD studies and expressed my interest in pursuing a postdoctoral position in his lab. When he returned, I received the offer and accepted it.
