Everything was online via Google Meet. Not the best platform for video conferencing but it did the job. 1st job interview never happed (for a different role) because the HR rep left. Never contacted after that. For the second position/role, the HR rep was super kind but a bit 'lost'. Everyone is in a different time zone so I can see how it might be confusing for booking an interview. But doesn't paint a professional picture of the organization. The one thing most brands/companies forget is that they as well are being interviewed, not only the other way around.
