I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gerber Kawasaki (New York, NY) in Feb 2019
Interview
Interview seemed to go well, however they have since ghosted. Its okay to not get the position, but to ignore people whi took the time to interview instead of telling them you've moved on to other candidates is very rude and a bad reflection on the company.

Interview
Applied online and was called two days later for a Group Interview. Got there and there were about 20 individuals. We all sat for a 1 hour long presentation from Kawasaki and Gerber and afterwards we each were called by the interviewers (one being Danillo Kawasaki himself). Interview was extremely short, they decide whether they like you or not in the first minute. I was grateful to be called back for a second interview, which was the next morning at 9:30. ABout 8 individuals were called back. For an hour and a half we discussed the salary and commission schedule and required certifications and trainings. Then they called us back for individual interviews (longer than the day before). Overall great great company and interview process, it ultimately ended up being not right for me.

I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Gerber Kawasaki (Santa Monica, CA)
Interview
They contact you after you have expressed interest and they have you come in for an first interview. Here they tell you about the company, what the job requires, and they ask a few preliminary questions. If they think you are a good fit they ask you back to interview with the president and CEO. After a few days they let you know whether your hired of not.
