The interview process was very poorly managed, with no clear structure. The questions were very basic and generic.
There were several rounds of interviews, but no follow-up or information provided between each round, and in the end, I received no feedback at all.
The questions lacked depth and seemed quite superficial.
There was a noticeable lack of organization and a rather toxic atmosphere, especially given the nature of the questions (such as: "Are you willing to work weekends regularly?", "Would it be a problem for you to work completely independently?", "At this stage, we’re not really sure what your role will be—we’re just conducting interviews and will see how things go").
