The recruitment process I experienced was the smoothest I've ever encountered!
I submitted my CV on Sunday and was promptly contacted by my potential manager on Monday morning. On Tuesday, I had an excellent interview with my potential manager and the financial director. We had the opportunity to thoroughly discuss my background, skills, and the company's past, present, and future. Later that same day, I had the chance to interview with the company owner, who was refreshingly honest and straightforward. In the afternoon, my potential manager called to inform me that everything went well and they only needed to check my references. I promptly provided the necessary contact information.
Within a day or two, I received a call from the manager informing me that they had received glowing references and would send an offer as soon as possible. The offer took a bit longer than expected to arrive, which was understandable given the circumstances. This delay was perhaps the riskiest moment for me, as I already had two other offers from two different companies. However, I ultimately chose Getfluence for its agile and forward-thinking culture, as well as my potential manager's professional, supportive, and down-to-earth demeanor.
In total, the entire process took approximately one week to complete.

I can't really describe the questions we discussed because our interview wasn't a typical question-and-answer format. Instead, it was more like a friendly conversation where we got to know each other and see if we clicked. We talked and discussed various topics to get a better sense of each other.
