Reached out, 30 minute interview with recruiter. Went really well, promised to hear back soon. Followed up. Going on 2 weeks since any contact. Sort of feel like they are choosing to take the quick and easy route to scale up around the U.S.

Person I interviewed from HR Team was friendly and nice. After the interview they sent two tests. One of them was for English. I think this process is not too hard.
