There were about 15 candidates applying for the role. We all worked in teams and had to complete activities that challenged our time management, teamwork, individual skills and our core values. The whole process was in groups and the only time we each had a face-to-face interview with the managers was at the end and only for 5 minutes each.
It was a very different and interesting method of interviewing and in my opinion, they brought out qualities in each of us that would never have shown if it was a typical face-to-face interview process.
