Interview
The interview process was in depth with the opportunity to speak to multiple employee levels at the company. Started with an initial phone screen followed by three 1on1 interviews from hiring manager up to director level. One of the better interviewing processes I've been a part of, you can tell there is extreme ownership from the recruiter up to the director levels at Giga. The final part of the interview was a case study presentation which assured me that the company takes the interview process seriously, really giving you the opportunity to showcase your skills, how you think, and why they should hire you. The recruiter was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a company that is eager to win this is the place you want to be.

Outreach from the Head of Talent, interviewed with them, a lead recruiter, met more of the talent team, and finally interviewed with the founders in person. Mix of virtual and in-person interviews.

Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward - a brief interview with HR, followed by who would be my manager and then a coworker. The final interview was unique and consisted of completing and presenting a case study. This was a great way to showcase my strengths, and I enjoyed the challenge.
