The interviewer was late on the first day, and reschedule to next day. The next day I was not informed to video call but was available for Skype. Call started the interviewer did not apologies for the day before which is basic manners and asked for video where I mentioned due to policy I could not be in it . He was adamant for video and cut the interview before it started. They wanted to come for a face to face next day. Why do you treat candidates so cheaply. The HR was amazing and very professional. May be the management need to learn how to treat people.
