Interview
There are no employees in this company. It is only one guy that hires interns promising them a high stipend and pays nothing at the end of their work. Then stops responding to their mails and calls once they submit their work. No stipend, not even a certificate.
He'll ask you about your best skills in the interview then make you work for months on his project related to those skills with zero guidance. You've to figure out everything on your own and work tirelessly for months to receive no pay and no certificate at the end.
