Slow. You have to chase them a lot. Very slow. And no confirmation of the outcome. Clearly unstructured. 1st round was a general interview to get to know you better. the 2nd interview was a technical test. Zero feedback on whether you progressed or not. The 1st stage interview, got left in the dark. I had to chase them myself.
The first stage of the interview process was asynchronous, followed by a short, informal video chat with the founder. After that, I had a more structured interview featuring situational and behavioural questions, conducted by both the founder and another team member.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
In the interview, they asked a few direct questions to understand how I work. One of them was, “Why shouldn’t we hire you?”, which I answered honestly. We also covered my experience managing remote teams, including how I keep communication clear and maintain accountability across different time zones. They asked which Agile ceremonies I’m familiar with – I mentioned that I’m comfortable with standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glance Group in Oct 2024
