I interviewed at Glasgow Science Centre (Glasgow, Scotland)
Interview
Process was unreasonably long, nearly two hours (despite being told it would only be 90 mins). This consisted of a group exercise and THREE separate interviews with different people.
After all of this, they did not have the decency to get back to me when I was unsuccessful. Probably doged a bullet though, I can only imagine how they treat their staff.
I applied online. I interviewed at Glasgow Science Centre (Glasgow, Scotland) in Sept 2022
Interview
Group interview with others doing a short demo to show how you would engage with museum attendees. Followed by individual interview with 2 staff members. Opportunity to explore science centre and meet other candidates.
Interview is easy. General customer service questions. They like friendly folk who are eager to talk to customers and clean if it's quiet. Interview had some "give an example of a time when" questions and they like detail in that. Also good to quote the values and know about the disability awareness. They'll love you for that.
