The interview process was great. As an employee referral, I was able to connect with the hiring manager immediately. The pace of the interview process was perfect and I felt in control of the timing and scheduling of the various interview steps. For this position, much of the interview questions were designed to help Glint understand previous sales successes, sales process/models, relevant experience, etc. In addition I was asked to present Glint's value prop to the leadership, which was a fun exercise.
