The interview process was pretty straightforward; I had to present a mini-lesson, which was my presentation of a lesson plan, and then answer questions about it, and my experience in general. Did seem slightly like a grilling, but nothing too bad.

Very standard interview with friendly staff, some seem not that interested but overall very professional. They talked about background and potential issues while teaching. Lasted around an hour. Outcome announced next day.
