They talked a lot about the greatness of the company, themselves, their years of experience, knowledge, and who they know in the business. They did not explain much about the job.

The interview was conducted by my (future) immediate supervisor and lasted thirty minutes, discussing the position's requirements and how it compared to prior work experience. My interactions with the interviewer were much more positive than the actual working conditions
