From the old company I was leaving was due to outsourcing; I informed my family and my brother in law at the time was working for Global and suggested me to his boss. His boss contacted me and asked if I could submit my resume and come in for an interview. I accepted and went in and spoke with the director and manager and was hired on the spot. The process itself was a god-send as I was in need of a job since I was losing the one I had. The greatest thing was I ended one day at the old company and started the following monday at the new. It was a blessing at the time.
