Contacted for an interview with HR. It lasted about 30 minutes and covered basic information about me, and then my experience, lines of coverage, premium & exposure size, and authority levels at my previous company. Second interview was on the phone as well, with an underwriter. This covered the same information. She said she only had a few minutes to talk. Was told they would get back to me for an in person interview, but they never did, not did they respond to my thank you emails-neither interviewer. Very unprofessional. The position was less appealing than advertised, with significantly less authority than I had even as an assistant underwriter, so I would have declined anyways. This didn't seem like a professional, or appealing workplace.
