I was invited to attend the first interview without being informed that the second interview will involve a test and presentation to assess "my presentation skills and understanding" ( there are plenty of other job opportunities, I really have no interest to go and to do the tests like a pupil in a primary school and a presentation trying to convince someone I deserve a job). If I have known about the second stage involving the presentation and test, no way I would have agreed to attend the first interview. The hiring manager herself had less than impressive experience and no way I would agree to work under someone like that. Before I had a chance to withdraw my application, i have received email from the company with very negative feedback from the first interview (I have never asked or expressed a wish to see/ hear a feedback or to know what they think about me or my experience).
