1)Interview would be like Interrogation, instead of engaging its like shoot out questions with out formal introduction and the interviewer does not have domain knowledge, quickly had questions written and asking for text book answers. 2) Interview would be like a procedure for contracting role, with no enthusiasm and reluctant to respond to questions. also no proper road map, and does not have Data Science projects instead needed a full stack developer. 3) Interview questions would be off related to the job requirement and simply waste of time. 4) Overall, a no objective team and unenthusiastic team members just needed to fill position with no proper requirement.
